“ You come here for the poutines. Their fries stay crisp even in the sauciest moments. My favorite is the Dulton with a meat gravy poured on top. The Galvaude is a salute to the hot chicken sandwich - pulled chicken and peas with their delicious gravy and curd cheese. ”

“ This is the best poutine joint that I have even been too. Over the last 20 years, the food quality has been excellent, never a complaint. The staff are friendly and will serve you in French or English. My favourite poutine is the one I have pictured, it's a "mini poutine avec sous piquant a expo" the portion is enough for one person. The sous piquant means spicy sauce and the expo portion adds grilled vegetables. ”
